So you think you're agile? How do you know? The Professional Agile Leadership - Evidence-Based Management (PAL-EBM) is a one-day course where you learn how to use evidence to adapt quickly to new challenges.
Many organizations use Agile techniques but stick to traditional management approaches, relying on static dashboards and velocity. This course introduces the Evidence-Based Management™ (EBM) framework to help leaders guide teams toward continuously improving customer outcomes and business results.

Preparation
To maximize your learning, we advise reading both the Scrum Guide and the Evidence-Based Management Guide. Taking the free online Open assessments on Scrum.org is also recommended.
Assessment & Certification
All participants receive a password to attempt the Professional Agile Leadership - Evidence-Based Management (PAL-EBM) assessment.
Free Retake: If you attempt the assessment within 14 days and score less than 85%, you are granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.

By default, all our classes (in-person and virtual) are conducted in English.
