Learning objective

Over the course of two days, you will explore areas that are critical to growing as a successful Scrum Team member. Knowing Scrum is not the same as understanding it. That is why we will dive deep into the framework and explore the values and principles to start living Scrum. This approach is vital as the remaining topics will focus on mindset, attitude and behaviour. Not only inwards, but also towards others such as other Development Team members, Scrum Master, Product Owner and everyone outside the team. It is not only the Scrum Master, but everyone can help change the environment of Scrum Teams, creating an environment for agility to thrive.

This is the course where everything comes together. Scrum, people, flow, leadership, mindset, coaching and lessons learned. Together we will explore the key patterns of becoming a great Scrum Team member.
